Okay, so I forget things. So I posted this (about music).

Maybe in the future, the future will happen?

a nice review.

No really! A nice man in Germany who I came in to contact with via We Make Zines wrote a vely review of City Sacker 8. I think this is my first review ever. I'm quite chuffed.

Anyway, you can look at his very pretty review blog here. What are you waiting for? Run along...

New Stuff!

I've been spending more time on We Make Zines recently and forgot to update this place. Maybe I shouldn't bother?

Anyway, There's a new City Sacker available (No.8) as well as a one-off minizine called Horses! and they are, of course free.

I've also updated the Myspace. Really though, you should check out my We Make Zines profile.

Oh, I nearly forgot, thereare also three shiny badges available too, wowza!

I was going to have another City Sacker done for this weekend but I threw a wobbler and didn't finish it. Also, I decided to spend the fiver I was gonna use to print it on buying beer instead.

It'll be available soon though, should anyone want a copy.

I'm only really posting this in the optimistic hope that someone will have popped over here after picking up a copy of CS at Nottingham Indiepop All-Dayer. If you have, hello you! Thanks for picking up my zine. Wasn't the pop show GRATE fun?

I'm completely out of all the zines at the moment but will get some done when the next shiny dole cheque arrives (cheers Gordon!), so feel free to ask for 'em.

Also, the PROPER zine is still waiting for me to save up enough money to print it. However, pop music, books and beer keep sabotaging my efforts.

I think I popped till I dropped last night. Sleep please.

the calm before the rest of the calm

the *proper* zine is all but finished. i'm not telling you the title yet cos i haven't decided (i have a shortlist of 2). i've still not got the ca$hola to pay for printing though cos i've been busy spending my dole on shoes, booze, and indietracks tix (yes it WAS awesome, thanks).

City Sacker/Optical Devices are still available. there may be another OD soon if i can focus on anything for more than 30 seconds.

and, if yr that way inclined, i have a WeMakeZines profile over here

Optical Devices

Optical Devices #2 was released into the world on saturday at ATTA Girl @ the Island Bar. Cos I'm a moron i forgot to scan it, also I don;t have the original at the moment. I'll track one down and will send one along to anyone who's interested. It's a single sheet of A4 folded, printed both sides, it's mostly about nothing at all, rambling bile fuelled nonsense.

Gratis, as ever.

Pee. Ess.

I've now found a (slightly scruffy) copy of OD#2, so that'll be available anytime, should you want one, I also have a full compliment of CS numbers 2-6. I am super-organised and I am listening to Kenickie on Spotify. yea, the future's ace.
